The winner can schedule their hunt anytime during 2027, subject to availability. We'll work with you to find a date that fits our hunting schedule. Hotel accommodations must be booked within six weeks of the scheduled hunt.

We monitor the weather before every hunt and will do our best to avoid scheduling issues. If unsafe weather forces us to cancel, we'll reschedule your hunt at no additional hunting charge. However, any additional airfare, hotel costs, or travel expenses associated with rescheduling are the winner's responsibility, subject to applicable law and the Official Rules.

No trophy fees, no per-hog charges, and no limits imposed by Pork Police on how many hogs you can harvest! We provide all necessary hunting equipment. However, expenses exceeding the airfare and hotel allowances, personal expenses, and any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.

One winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning, and the winner will be contacted using their provided information. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The hunting experience will be provided by Pork Police.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of [Eligible U.S. States] who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Entrants must be legally eligible to participate in the hunting activities described in these rules. The winner and accompanying guest must be legally permitted to possess and use the provided firearms and comply with all applicable federal, state, and Texas hunting laws.

Employees, owners, officers, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 3st, 2026 at [12:00am / Central Time] and ends on [December 1st, 2026] at [12:00am, Central Time] (“Oct 1st - Dec 1St, 2026”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's official records will determine the time of entry.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Free Method of Entry: Eligible participants may enter without purchasing a product by visiting [Free Entry URL] and completing the required entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligible participants may enter the Pork Police Bait Hog Hunt Giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Product Purchases

Each eligible individual Pork Police Bait pack purchased earns one (1) entry.
Each eligible 15-pack box purchased earns fifteen (15) entries.
There is no maximum number of qualifying purchase entries.
Only completed, qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period count. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify.

Option 2: Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Visit the official giveaway page at porkpolicebait.com/hog-hunt-giveaway and select the free-entry option.
Complete the free-entry form with your full name, valid email address, and required eligibility information.
Each valid free-entry submission earns fifteen (15) entries.
Eligible participants may submit multiple free-entry forms during the Sweepstakes Period, with no overall entry limit.
Each submission must be completed separately by the entrant. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions that do not meet the published requirements may be disqualified.

All eligible entries, whether submitted through a qualifying purchase or the free-entry method, will be included in the same random drawing and have an equal chance of selection per entry.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Any permitted purchase-related entry method must comply with applicable laws and provide no unlawful advantage over the free entry method.

All entries must be submitted by eligible individuals using accurate information. Entries submitted through unauthorized automated systems, fraudulent identities, or other prohibited methods may be disqualified.

5. Grand Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a guided Texas hog hunting experience for two (2) people.

The prize includes:

2-Person Guided Hog Hunt

One nighttime spot-and-stalk hog hunting experience for two hunters on private Texas land, valued at $450 per hunter, for a combined value of $900.

Round-Trip Airfare

Round-trip airfare for both hunters, with a maximum allowance of $350 per hunter, or $700 combined.

Hotel Accommodations

Two nights of hotel accommodations, with a combined maximum allowance of $150.

Hotel accommodations must be booked within six (6) weeks of the scheduled hunt.

$200 Spending Card

One (1) spending card valued at $200, shared between the winner and accompanying guest.

Premium Hunting Equipment

Each hunter will have access to a premium hunting equipment setup valued at approximately $8,000, including thermal optics, suppressed rifles, tripods, ammunition, and necessary hunting equipment.

All hunting equipment is provided for use during the guided hunt only and remains the property of Pork Police. No firearms, suppressors, thermal optics, or other hunting equipment will be awarded for permanent ownership.

Unlimited Hogs

Pork Police does not impose per-hog trophy fees, size restrictions, weight restrictions, or numerical harvest limits during the guided hunt.

All hunting activities remain subject to applicable laws, landowner requirements, guide instructions, safety considerations, and actual hunting conditions.

Everything Provided for the Hunt

Pork Police will provide the equipment and transportation necessary to participate in the guided hunt.

Prize Value

The itemized maximum value of the awarded hunting experience, airfare, hotel, and spending card is $1,950, advertised as approximately $2,000.

The $8,000-per-hunter equipment value is not included in the prize valuation because equipment is loaned during the hunt and is not transferred to the winner.

6. Travel and Scheduling Requirements

The hunting experience must be scheduled and completed during the 2027 calendar year, subject to availability and coordination with Pork Police.

The winner and accompanying guest must travel together and participate in the same scheduled hunting experience.

Airfare is limited to $350 per hunter, with a combined maximum of $700. Any airfare costs exceeding these limits are the responsibility of the winner and accompanying guest.

Hotel accommodations are limited to two nights and a combined maximum allowance of $150. Accommodations must be booked within six weeks of the scheduled hunt.

Travel arrangements are subject to availability, carrier restrictions, applicable booking conditions, and coordination with the Sponsor.

Expenses not expressly included in the prize, including excess airfare, additional hotel charges, meals, rental vehicles, baggage fees, transportation outside the guided hunt, incidental expenses, and personal purchases, are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

If unsafe weather, property restrictions, equipment failures, or other conditions prevent the hunt from proceeding as scheduled, Pork Police may arrange a reasonable alternative date, subject to applicable law and availability.

Travel, Weather & Cancellation Policy

Pork Police will coordinate the initial airfare and hotel arrangements within the giveaway's stated limits of $450 per hunter for airfare and $150 total for two nights of lodging. Any unused allowance will not be paid out in cash.

Weather Conditions: Pork Police will monitor weather conditions leading up to the scheduled hunt and make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of any potential cancellations before travel.

If the hunt must be canceled due to severe weather, unsafe hunting conditions, or other safety concerns, Pork Police will reschedule the guided hunt at no additional hunting charge.

However, any additional or replacement airfare, hotel accommodations, travel changes, cancellation fees, or other expenses resulting from a rescheduled hunt will be the responsibility of the winner and accompanying guest. Pork Police will not cover these additional travel expenses.

The safety of our hunters and guides will always take priority.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about (December 1st)

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided at entry.

The potential winner must respond within 30 days after the initial notification.

Before the prize is awarded, the Sponsor may require verification of age, identity, residency, eligibility, and legal ability to participate in the hunting experience.

The potential winner may also be required to complete a prize acceptance form, tax documentation, and legally permissible releases.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing, subject to applicable law.

9. Hunting Rules and Safety

Hunting involves inherent risks, including firearms, moving vehicles, uneven terrain, wildlife, nighttime conditions, weather, and outdoor hazards.

The winner and accompanying guest must follow all safety instructions provided by Pork Police guides.

Participants must comply with applicable firearm and hunting laws and any legally required licensing, identification, or documentation requirements.

Pork Police may stop, postpone, or modify hunting activities when necessary to protect participants, staff, property, or others.

Participants may be required to complete legally enforceable acknowledgments of risk and liability documentation before participating.

The Sponsor does not guarantee any particular number of hog sightings, shooting opportunities, successful harvests, or hunting results.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

The Sponsor may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other necessary tax documentation before prize fulfillment.

The Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting forms when required by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for the winner's personal tax obligations.

11. Prize Restrictions

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

The winner may select one eligible accompanying guest, subject to the Sponsor's guest eligibility and safety requirements.

The winner and guest are responsible for any costs exceeding the stated prize allowances.

Any substitution or modification of prize components will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the final published prize terms.

12. Entry Verification and Fraud Prevention

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of submitted entries.

Fraudulent submissions, unauthorized automated entries, identity misrepresentation, attempts to manipulate the drawing, or other violations of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor will apply entry verification and disqualification procedures consistently and in accordance with applicable law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that the Sponsor and its participating affiliates, representatives, and service providers will not be responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized interference, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Participation in the hunting experience involves separate safety requirements and acknowledgment of inherent risks.

Nothing in these rules waives rights or claims that cannot legally be waived or excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14. Publicity and Promotional Use

The Sponsor may announce the winner's name and general location where permitted by law.

Any additional promotional use of the winner's or guest's photographs, video footage, likeness, voice, or statements will be subject to applicable law and any necessary permissions.

Participation does not require consenting to unrelated marketing communications.

15. Privacy

Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used for entry administration, eligibility verification, winner selection, notification, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

Marketing subscriptions, where offered, are optional and separate from Sweepstakes participation.

16. Cancellation, Suspension, or Modification

If fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances materially interfere with the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may take legally permissible corrective action.

Any cancellation, suspension, or modification will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and will not unlawfully deprive eligible entrants of their rights.
