We stand behind our products and want you happy with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used bait products are not eligible for return.

Unused, unopened non-consumable items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
