Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. During product launches, restocks, holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected carrier delays, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates and available shipping options are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and selected carrier service.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, delivery times vary based on the carrier and service selected at checkout.

Pork Police Bait is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, but we will help customers with tracking issues when possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders vary by country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Some countries may restrict or regulate the import of wildlife attractants, feed additives, scent products, or hunting-related products. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.

Pork Police Bait is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, import restrictions, or fees charged by customs authorities.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows delivered but was not received, please contact us at Help@porkpolicebait.com with your order number.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can help resolve the issue.
